Coming off of a great weekend at the Green Briar in MA. What an awesome crowd!! Thank you to all of you, Katie and friends from LI, Karen, Lauren and Matt, TJ for all the dancing (actually everyone for all the dancing), Donny (great to see you again, loved the shirt), Eileen, Bess, BC04, Jamie, and everyone!!
Thank you too to the gang from Empress. Next time man!! Thank you to Kitty, Greg, Kim and Gail, Neal, and Billy. Great show to Steve and the lads from Far From Finished, and the Turbo AC's. Great seeing you Jamie, Wes, and Sean.
I'm running around like crazy today, but wanted to say a quick hello. This world's pretty wacky, huh? Support the Troops, hopefully they'll all be home soon (but none of us are that naive). Hello to the rest of the gang everywhere and share some Ruffians with some friends. We've been getting a great response lately and a big increase in the mailing lists. Keep em coming... we love you just as much.

Sitting here in the living room watching Rocky and trying to finish up a script so that I can get back to some of these new songs and this new Jameson (the 12 year old stuff from Johnny in Danbury...thanks bro). Lot's of good stuff happening lately, both inside and outside of the Ruffians.
First off, I don't know how much was said a couple of weeks ago about the Black Thorne. That was great. Hanging with The LAW, 47, all of our new friends, Tim, Sean, Mike, Eric, Shane, Holly, all the beautiful women, all the good drinking and new fans. It was a great time. I even hit a triple in stick ball!! (keep your minds clean, we played stick ball with the Law and some of their pals!!). Even got to see Dave and Val at their place while I was there.
Did the Downtown recently. Always a ton of fun there. Enjoyed playing with 47 and the Hooligans. Of course the Long Island crew (who we appreciate very much for always supporting us - it's good to have friends) was there, Mike and Eric, Fred, Huey, Bobby (thanks for the drinks guys), my new mentor and friend Uncle Bill the spoons player, Mary, Mike, and all the others that I know I"m forgetting.
This week we're gonna have some real fun at the Empress Ballroom in Danbury. I can't wait for that. Time to get around and start showing the world that the Ruffians are back. Time to build the street time now. This is everyone's opportunity to jump in, we're waiting for all of you.
I"m off to Vegas in early August, that'll be a blast. Gonna see Alfie get married. Just bumped into a couple great friends, Vinnie, Matt, Leslie, Kelly, Monica, Jamie and Jen, Kim and Gail, Corey, Chris, visiting Joey D tonight, maybe Carolyn for her birthday... life is going well.
Just wanted to say that I miss seeing some of the Baltimore gang, the West Point gang, the Hartford bunch, miss seeing Laura, Teri, and Karin from NJ, miss Courtney and Ryan. It would be great to see you all. I hope that I do soon.
Let's all keep in touch a lot better. For all the dear beloved that I did not mention, I'm still thinking of you all always. Let's share some of this great new Jameson sometime soon. Hey to Mel, Wench, Sam, and Alice always...
