Hello one and all...
I hope you feel better today... time for some ornage juice and water, maybe some toast. What a weekend. Great times up at the Blackthorne were had by all. Some highlights:
Joe from 47 up on stage with the boys hammering out the tunes... Kevin leaning into the accordian like it needed to be spanked... all the young waitresses wearing Ruffians stickers... someone drinking Guiness straight from the pitcher... new friends from Carmel buying us beers and french fries... Shilelagh Law in the house!... Sean kicking the Leprechan into the crowd... a mosh pit forming during New York, New York... Shilelagh Law covering Sweet Child of mine, with Dennis on Slash-style-fiddle... Dan and his lucky boxers... sleepingon dirty mattresses... dollar drinks before six pm, and the bar was packed.

Saturday's gig at the empress was something else. I haven't seen that many kids out in a while and we had a great time.
I went to see our friends last night Shilelagh Law and they totally rocked!!! Great band check them out. They will be up at the blackthorne memorial day weekend as well...
Anyone who hasn't got the new live at CBGB'S record better hurry they are selling out quick.

sorry I haven't been on here in a bit. I've been a bit under the weather lately, or really busy. I"m going to get on here a bit more soon.
I'm finishing up this sickness, but wanted to take the time to say hi to everyone.
We're definitely getting some new material together, which is fun, so after this summer, there's going to be a lot of new sounds. I don't know, I have a fever, what do I know. For all I know, this little blue leprechaun that keeps telling me to drink Jameson to feel better is lying. I don't know. I better go back to sleep.
I'll see you all soon and write more later. Feel free to email me and say hi while I'm home. I'll feel like I have some company.
